Their customer service is top notch! I needed several items for our company event, one of which was a tall order. They came through for me and helped to make my event a success. There’s never a question where I’ll go for my next event’s party supplies.
This was my first time in this store. Wow! Anything and everything you could want in party supplies and more. I bought a pair of cute, Mexican sandles for a little over $10.00. Good prices, friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend shopping here
My family and I have used Zurchers for balloon orders for 15+ years! We have never had issues until recently. When myself and other family members have attempted to place a balloon order, it rejects the card but still charges the card. No confirmation email sent either. Yesterday I was charged four times and received no confirmation that an order existed. I called the store where they explained to see if the charges drop over night and then try again today.
