I just encountered the rudest lady at your front desk. “Hi, I’d like to order a 2026 graduation balloon bouquet” - clerk: “with what balloons? I can’t do a balloon order without the balloons” in the most condescending way possible. I’m sorry I assumed I could make the order with you at the front desk. But obviously customer service has gone by the wayside. I’ve never been to Zurchers in my life so for her to assume I know exactly what to do is absurd. Do better. This was May 20 at 11:33 AM.
