Received excellent customer with help getting a pinata down and fast help with an item that wouldn't scan/ring up.
Compared to other zurchers, this one is pretty great. Staff is usually friendly and definitely helpful. They have so much stuff to choose from and their selection is better, but they aren't always properly stocked, either because Ogden people throw amazing parties or the manager isn't on top of ordering things soon enough 🤷🏻♀️😆 who knows!
I was having a difficult time with one of the products being sold at the store. An amazing worker, Yaneli helped me through it giving me the best costumer experience. Definitely great to see a worker that cares. Give Yaneli a raise!!
We went in for a few balloons and all 3 of the girls looked like they hated their jobs. When we were ready to checkout, they all just looked at us and continued their conversation. Finally when they came to check us out, she had a bad attitude and kept rolling her eyes the entire checkout time.
Great selection on everything. Reasonable prices.
