This plase is absolutely awful! I am absolutely appoled and disgusted and appoled by the lack of quality of custimer service. I currently live all the way on the coast of the Carolinas and really wanted to do something sweet for my mother, she is still stuck in WI. So I called Zurawski's floral to send her some roses, I speciffically told the person that I was dealing with that I need the flowers delivered to my mother's door, I was not explained any of their policies on deliveries or any other proceidures that were made up ... read more

I am not sure what the guy below is talking about but as you can see he can't spell very good so that should give you a hint about his review!!!!! When my father passed away 7 months ago Zurawski floral brought 15 wonderful flower arrangements to the service. They traveled 35 miles and never charged us for delivery. The staff was very kind and caring during our time of grief. My dad was a WWII vet and they added that concept to most of the arrangements, it was almost like they knew my dad and tried to make it special for us.... read more

We are from Michigan and have family in the Stephens Pointe area. They were very reliable, and when we needed flowers for a funeral that was out of their area, they referred us to another service rather than have us pay the added fees. I highly recommend them.
