I have had excellent experiences with ZUPS Construction. ZUPS replaced my homesteaded roof as well as two roof replacements on rental properties. Two of these jobs also involved windows and siding. When my mother's house had a tree fall on roof, I called ZUPS to fix broken trusses and replace shingles. Troy came out to my mother's house, was professional and thoroughly answered all my questions. Two weeks later Eric and crew did the work. Yard was cleaned up better than when they started. Excellent experience, I was having trouble even getting contractors to return my calls for my job as it wasn't initially being bid as a roof replacement. Zups completed the inspection and worked persistently with the insurance company proving that a full replacement was needed along with code updates. During the construction phase, they coordinated with the gutter protection company as well as an insulation company to schedule timing that worked for all parties. Awesome company to work! They did an awesome job on my mother's roof I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was working with Eric and his crew after they were done doing the new roof you couldn't even tell they were there they cleaned up so nice.
