Went in this week after looking at cars they had advertised on carsales. Walked around the car lot for 10 mins before anyone approached me and wasn’t taken very serious as a buyer. Maybe dress like you have money and you’ll have a different experience.

To whom it may concern. My partner and I recently purchased a used Nissan X-Trail vehicle from Zupps caryard in Mt Gravatt. We were quite shocked to discover that the young lady,Sasha Chapman,who had been showing us a variety of suv's, was in fact a trainee sales woman. Her easy manner and friendliness gave us the impression she had been doing this for a number of years,not weeks. Her honesty was the selling point for me in my final choice. Absolutely terrible service from Zupps Mt Gravatt. Last Saturday at 2:15pm, my wife and I rang Zupps to see if a car we were interested in was still available, we were told by the person yes that car is still for sale. We asked what time they closed as we were in Surfers Paradise, she said 4pm was the closing time so she made an appointment for us to view and test drive the car at 3:30pm.
