I always feel comfortable with Dr. Liu. She listens to my concerns and takes appropriate action or asks questions that are good at addressing my needs.
Dr. Liu was very thorough and informative, sharing with me the effects the drug had generally with other patients, and the alternatives I could take. She was very understanding about it having an impact on the normalcy of daily activities in my life while cautioning about the risks. In my opinion, Dr. Liu is a very knowledgeable and compassionate doctor.
Very competent and caring. Explains things in a compassionate and easy to comprehend manner. Good experience with her and with the 1100 Van Ness facility. Staff was also very nice.
Doctor Liu is a very nice physician to be honest with all the questions that I have. And I am glad to have a very professional and supportive doctor to look after my health.
