tank you I went to my appointment to Zumstein Family Dentistry and the x-rays taken showed I had multiple cavities. One of the cavities needed to be done immediately, but I was leaving for vacation on Monday and had no time between then and Monday to make an appointment. Even though Dr. Zumstein was leaving the country the next morning he let me stay and did the treatment that night. Very professional I had my first cleaning and evaluation last week, and I am extremely happy I picked Dr.Justin His office is beautiful, clean, efficient, and he is a fantastic dentist. He was very honest and did not try to offer me anything I didn't need. However, we did converse about taking care of my teeth now and in the future, and what the implications of certain things could be, etc.
Dr. Zumstein seems like an expert. I'm a fan! As someone who needs lots of dental work (not proud of that) I appreciate a friendly, yet knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere in the office is extremely positive and Dr. Zumstein seems like an expert. Not to mention the office is conveniently located a couple steps from my office. From the front desk personnel (extremely helpful) to the hygienist. I felt extremely welcomed.
The results are perfect! I am so confident that Dr. Zumstein does the best job with the best technology of any dentist in RI. The results always look perfect. Everything gets explained. I would drive all day to get there.
