Fedex lost a pair of shoes I ordered. They originally shipped from this location. The shoes were limited and my size was out of stock within hours. After it was determined that the shoes were lost for good, Zumiez gave me the bad news. But, someone from this facility went out of their way to source me the same shoes in my size and sent them to me. Great humans working here for sure. Nice to see people who really care about their customers. Thank you to the shipping manager and everyone else who helped!
