I've had great experiences with Zumiez....staff is awesome..clothes..especially hoodies are great...a little pricey but the quality of some brands they don't sell at wal mart or kohl's...lol.....are awesome too.....especially lurking class.. cookies....primitive has been great except for this last hoodie...I got it a few months ago as a gift so I recently opened it and wore it and washed only twice and all the decals are peeling off like it's 5 yrs old....the big p on the back is unrecognizable so is the web....the front say... read more
The employee greeted me when I entered the store, which is always a plus. I will never understand why the prices are so outrageous at Zumiez. The merchandising was nice this morning.
A staff member said to my male friend, "you look like Captain America before the super serum"...... SIR U WORK AT ZUMIEZ??????????? enough said<3
Went in there to buy a chain and I wanted one that was 20’, when I had asked they said they couldn’t find the size and the worker asked why I didn’t just buy it online. I specifically said I didn’t want one that looked like a choker, the girl had put one on me and she said it didn’t look like a choker. Mirror in store was rather deceiving, safe to say I returned only for the employee to roll their eyes when I had asked to make one. Just buy online better range of products plus you don’t have to deal with the people that work... read more
