The service was extremely poor. I waited in line for a long time while the cashier carried on a conversation with other employees. When she finally acknowledged me, she seemed annoyed that I even wanted to pay, then turned back around to continue her conversation. I left my items on the counter and walked out. I NEVER have a good experience at this location 😕 they definitely need some customer service training.

Made a purchase at the Zumiez at the Outlets of Orange, but I found some items cheaper at this location, so I went back to my car to exchange them. I grabbed the items off the displays with the buy 1 get 1 half off, and when the manager was ringing up my order, she said only the cheapest items would be half off. I was trying to buy two beanies and two belts. The beanies are $10 each, and the belts are $22. She was only going to take half off the beanies?? So instead of me saving $20, I only saved $5 if I bought all 4 items. ... read more
