This store and staff are the best. It is super clean and organized and the staff is very helpful. They are very informative on the products they have in store. My store in Vacaville is dirty and they don’t have a friendly staff it seems more of a hang out for the staff. Zumiez in Fairfield is where it’s at.
Really awesome staff here. My daughter recently lost her older brother who was in the process of getting a job at a different Zumiez... She likes to come here and visit and look at everything cause it helps her with healing. The manager here doesn't know about it but she always smiles and is friendly/helpful. She gave me a bunch of Zumiez stickers for free around Christmas time and my daughter cried. She also gave us a discount on a sweatshirt my daughter really wanted that was put in the wrong spot for a sale and she honore... read more
