I had ordered a long board and a hoodie I only received the long board in the box with an empty bag stuffed in? I have yet to get a hold of anyone as I was charged the 100.00 for the hoodie but dont seem to have it? strange???? they said it was shipped lol really just some answers or i dont know a refund would be great! I have unsubscribed and opted out at least 10 times and they keep emailing me. Even after I report as junk and spam they won’t leave me alone. I just want to stop receiving these emails!

I placed an order for adidas Originals 11 Black Tote Backpack with 7 quantity, but I only got 3 units from their website. The Customer Service Representative in Zumiez Inc just keep asking: Have you checked around with neighbors? I have answered two times: Yes, I did, but what I got was only 3 bags. After that, CSR keep asking me: did you get 6 bags? I don't know why what they keep to do were just asking the same questions instead of solving my missing bags. Suck service and won't never purchased from their website anymore.

The questions you were being asked were simply troubleshooting to make sure they had not been accidentally delivered at the wrong house.
