Laporte counties only skate shop. It's not perfect, but the local skate scene would be worse off without it
I am a frequent shopper of Zumiez, and on 7/19/25 was doing back to school shopping with my family. I know this is an edgy type of store, with that in mind I don’t understand why the employee working here is dressed with barely anything. I get expressing yourself through clothes, and being different than the norm but showing everything you have to offer is in appropriate. Terrible customer service. Will not be back. Wish I would have just shopped online!
As frequent Zumiez customers, we were happy to see a location at the outlet mall during our trip to MI City. As we are used to immediately being greeted by happy, helpful, fun employees at the Crossroads Mall store, we were shocked to instead have a salesperson be extremely aggressive when my husband was asking for assistance with rather expensive sunglasses.
