This is hands down the best coffee shop in Massachusetts. Both locations. I dream about their lattes. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and the best espresso I’ve ever had.
Zumi’s has hands down the best coffee!! The Caramel Cloud and Coconut Cloud iced lattes are my favorites. The espresso is strong and bold and the drinks consistently taste the same every time. The iced lattes are always cold and never watered down. The staff are always friendly and the service is organized and efficient, even when they are busy. Whenever I travel, I compare the coffee to Zumi’s and I still haven’t found anywhere that comes close. A hidden gem. Highly recommend!
Everything about this place is so adorable, THEY Decorated so well!! - the location of it in a small little town, Its just so perfect absolutely stunning amazing little hidden gem, Also the baristas were so sweet everyone there was all extremely nice and super sweet! Also side note but the caramel cloud latte was absolutely perfect it was so good! Would highly recommend this place
I have been going here since I was 10 and I had only gotten better. Back when I would go weekly before my horse back riding lessons the same barista would call me “horseback rider” and knew my order before I said a word. Genuinely the best cafe/coffee shop I know.
I'm totally ashamed that I haven't written a review for Zumi's yet. It's really a great place. Literally coffee and community. I've never experienced such an open and inviting and patient coffee place. They will go overboard to make your coffee hit exactly what you need it to. And if it's too late for coffee, they have ice cream. You can't beat the strawberry matcha. It's delicious. Strawberry iced black tea has been my go to for the summer.
