Bought a 2017 Chrysler 300 from here on 4/5 ,Didnt get the car until 4/15 In the afternoon . the next day drove the car *************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** should I say stealership. They dont stand behind anything they sell ,The worst car buying experience Ive ever encountered in my entire life

I bought a 2006 ***** Tahoe from them and they assured me it was a good choice in *** not one week later found out the entire frame was rusted out something they knew about and did not disclose they refuse to talk to me about it. **** their sales manager told me oh well deal with it. I understand that I bought the *** "as is" but I assumed that safe to drive down the road was just customary for all cars. I have been talking to other people about this issue. Absolute worst buying experience ever. To start, they offered 5k under what other dealerships were offering for my trade. I set up another dealership to buy my trade so I could keep my tax benefits. All the finance guy, ****, had to do was send that dealership a purchase order. Well, he didnt for several days which ended up costing me $2k in trade value. I bought a car in March it's been in the shop almost every month now the transmission is gone took my kids to the zoo and the car broke down at the zoo it won't even move the transmission is gone and they tell me that they sell cars according to your credit I knew that so I said you sold me a piece of lemon cuz I had piece of limit credit don't go there I don't recommend if you are not a seven or above credit score don't go there cuz you going to leave out with the lemon

Im sorry that it did not last the way you hoped. We did do some free service work for you after a shop in ******* had done some less than reputable repairs. I went up to zumbrota ford during their "dollar down" sale which seemed like a good deal boy was I wrong. The salesman was very pushy and although did what they could to get me a payment in my budget they still roped me in to a payment I'm having trouble affording. Below is my review I left for them, and also the response from the owner. NEVER BUY A VEHICLE THERE! ************************* and his daughter take severe advantage of young kids on getting them approved on a car loan at ****% interest. I wonder if the "Dealer for the People" would treat his own kids like that. This is so unacceptable and is crazy and feels like such a huge scam. For first time buyers with no co-signer loans are typically at a higher interest rate which is set by the bank based on their credit and has nothing to do with Zumbrota Ford. Traded me a lemon and won't contact me about it. They forced me to trade my SUV for a crappy lemon car.

They did nothing but lie. The vehicle I bought needed 4000 dollars in repairs. I bought it as a tow vehicle and it can't tow anything. They are scam artists. Stay as far away from them as possible.
