I started an energy healing journey and found Spinal Flow through Zumbrota Chiropractic. Aoyo is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly passionate about helping clients reconnect with their bodies. I’m very grateful for her care and always enjoy my sessions. Her husband also does great work. They share a common area, which hasn’t been distracting for me but may be something to note. Pricing for massage and Spinal Flow is very reasonable.
Dr Post and his wife Aoy provide amazing services/treatments/therapies. I have never felt so good since I started going to Zumbrota Chiropractic. They both are the nicest, most caring people. Thank you for helping me to restore my health and feel great again, which it has been over 20 years ago since I felt just "ok". You just have to find the right person, I found that here.
The acupressure massage was great! After the massage, my neck and shoulders weren't tight or sore anymore.
