The acupressure massage was great! After the massage, my neck and shoulders weren't tight or sore anymore.
I recently had a gua sha facial treatment and neck and shoulder massage with Aoy. This was my first treatment and my experience was superb from start to finish. Before starting, Aoy took the time to explain more about the treatment, its benefits, and what to expect during the session. The treatment released a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and left my face feeling “lighter”. After, Aoy treated me to homemade tea and cookies. Aoy is incredibly gifted and knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to my next session with her!
Would like to give a shout out to the lovely couple that runs the Chiropractor here in Zumbrota. Took the opportunity to have a facial Gua Sha treatment through Aoy at the Chiropractor and definitely felt the rejuvenation from it. I appreciate the time, thanks again!

Took my 7 year old son to see Dr. Post for his loud snoring symptom. Later on that night, I noticed that he slept so well and seemed to have a better mood the next day. So I took him in for a second time just to follow up. It’s been like 3 months and he doesn’t snore anymore. As a parent, it’s such a relief!
