WORST MANI PEDI IN LOS ANGELSE – The woman at the front, Linda is a monster. She barks and yells at the staff constantly (does not make for a relaxing time.) And she is probably the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered. She also barks at the customers! Good and bad – I've been to Zumani 4 times and overall I am satisfied with their nail services but it was nothing spectacular. The quality of your mani/pedi varies with each artist. The first time I got acrylics, the lady, who i think was the manager of the salon, did a really good job, but the next three times I went, my manicures were mediocre. I do like the massage chairs in the salon and the wait is never very long.
don't waste your money or your patience! – horrible. the employees don't pay attention. it was as if they were trained to use nail files and cuticle clippers and weapons. i kept flinching as they yanked at my cuticles and they pretended not to notice. plus it sort of looks like i did my nails myself with a blindfold on.
