Amazing experience and an amazing home! We had a great time in Breckenridge with Zuma Property and I really appreciated how good of customer service they displayed. I will be coming back again very soon.
We had a great time in Breckenridge and it was made better by our experience with Zuma Property. The house was sparkling clean and the communication was great throughout the stay. Looking forward to our next trip! we'll be sure to stay at one of Adam's properties again.
TERRIBLE experience with a property manager, Adam at this company. Do not ever use they are not trustworthy! A group of 12 of us have had this trip booked for over 6 months and Adam the property manager double booked his house (on VRBO & AirBnB) he sent both groups the address, WiFi codes, confirmation codes, everything needed to stay there. Adam, property manager at Zuma Properties, posts his rental homes on both Airbnb and VRBO. We booked our house with him through VRBO 6 months ago and upon arrival yesterday, there was another family staying at our house. Adam double booked the house for that weekend and has done absolutely nothing to help us fix anything. He didn’t help us book a hotel that night, he hasn’t helped us find another house to stay in this weekend, and we still have yet to hear from him at all after calling 20+ times along with texts.
