Edited ... I have been coming here faithfully ever two weeks and recently have just had one bad experience after another my nails would chip after a few days my last two appointments I guess sudden emergencies and no one xould reach out and say anything the last missed appt luckily someone else in th3 shop took care of me but today shop was closed all together. Luckily was able to find another shop as I have an event tomorrow do not recommend if you need someone reliable.

Bad place I walked there and I just seen the chair with a whole the place where I was going to do my toes had mold in the bottom I told them I be back and I will not go back or recommend this place to anyone!

Edit: Now I have tried in the past 3 years since my previous posting. My nails were done on a Tuesday evening by the following Monday 2 of my nails have popped off. It has now been over a week since my nails have done and I have 0 of them on. Did I bother going in and letting them know about the situation. Not really because the set was discounted $20 off and I was in a pinch as my normal nail girls were booked. however the quality of the nails should be way better. Did not get a pedicure this time. This place is awful. I work in a government office where I see the public daily. Several people have come there with nice looking nails and when asked where they got there nails done they said Zully on Roxboro Rd. I decided to visit the place and how I hate I ever walked in there. I had nails but I needed a cut down and fill in. I was there one hour and 45 mins and the pictures will show the rest. It was the worst ever and I don't recommend this place to anyone. She cut my down to the skin too.
