I had applied to one of their apartments. Yet, because of my credit score, I was refused. How can someone go by somebody’s credit report? Why judge someone by their past mistakes? Was desperately looking for an apartment last year, called and emailed this place a few times. Never ever got a call back or even talked to anyone. Panoramic called and we went with them instead. Pricey but better residential care than any Zulich location.
