325 Martilla.They advertise swimming pool but they don't tell you that it will closed every year from October to May so that they can save on hydro bill .The sauna has turned into a storage space.Superimtendant is very rude and almost non existent.I could go on and on about mice in the laundry room and filthy carpets in the hallways because they say "the tenants have dirty shoes".Just stay away from their properties They just want to collect $$$ and not spend a penny.I guess this is how you get rich!
