The staff is VERY rude and has an attitude. They called me the day before for a reminder and she had a VERY BAD ATTITUDE. It was so bad I wanted to cancel my appointment, but due to I took the day off work, I couldn’t. So came the next day and their attitude did not change. They all need an attitude problem. But Dr. Ali was very nice and detailed.
The ladies that work Dr Ali front desk is unprofessional and very rude. I will Not be returning to see him. Not even if the service was free.
Good doctor
Dr. Ali is Very kind and thoughtful of my well being.I have spoken with him a few times virtually about my physical health, and he gave me tips to look out for during my plan of action to improve my health. This was my first in office visit with him, and it was just as expected. The staff is friendly and the nurse Breanna is very knowledgeable and thoughtful as well. Today was a great day!
