Omg! That girl called ( Martha ) at the dental office should never be in any medical setting! She is "terrible" with patient! super rude via phone or in person! ! ! SHE IS BAD FOR BUSNESS! She speaks to people with so much disrespect its really sad! Because zullfall has some of the greatest doctors here in new jersey! Ever since they changed locations, none of the old staff has been there and it’s filled with 20-23 year olds receptionists just eating snacks and loudly having conversations, very unprofessional staff, absolutely miss the old crew from the old location. The doctors are great, they just need professional people up front who know what they’re doing. Their dental department also never picks up.
I've tried calling them 20x before and no answer and the mailbox is full. This is ridiculous! There is no way yall are THAT BUSY where yall don't answer 20 damn calls and have a full mailbox . That's unacceptable !! After I’m done with my dental work I will be leaving this place .
Lastimosamente en esta locación el servicio al cliente no existe las recepcionistas tienen pésima actitud y forma de atender las llamadas telefónicas, no tienen atención para el mismo día en caso de que te enfermes es una lástima , que no se enfoquen en las necesidades de los pacientes….
