Lastimosamente en esta locación el servicio al cliente no existe las recepcionistas tienen pésima actitud y forma de atender las llamadas telefónicas, no tienen atención para el mismo día en caso de que te enfermes es una lástima , que no se enfoquen en las necesidades de los pacientes….
Me and my infant son go here for our appointments and the staff are so helpful and welcoming. Dr.Perez, Dr.Shien, and Dr.Vito are very professional and answer any concerns that I have regarding me and my son’s health. Anyone who has a bad experience, it’s because of their lack of understanding or respect they have for staff and it’s disheartening to see. I would recommend anyone I know to go here with how much staff care for their patients wellbeing.
They lack professionalism. They are more concerned about asking you your pronouns and preferred name than they are about customer service . Not going back there again.
