The medical and dental service is very good but the receptionist on the second floor in the Orange office is rude and incompetent. She is not good for customer service. She does not want to help. I have seen it in me and several people. It is not the first time that it makes a problem. In my next visit. I will update this publication with the name of the lady so that they take action. It is not possible that staff who work for health and customer service cannot help and have a terrible attitude.
Nobody wants to ask about past x-rays. I was a returning patient ( 2 years-appointments for cleaning are 6 months apart-that’s only 3 missed appointments and they are dentists???) and I’ve had many X-rays at dentists. At least 10 in the past 2 years. My appointment was an hour late as I rushed to fill out paper work. This sweet girl ( too sweet and not much else) tells me after 10 mins-“ we have much more to go.” It’s so uncomfortable getting X-rays especially if you have little delicate gums and teeth.
