Omg! That girl called ( Martha ) at the dental office should never be in any medical setting! She is "terrible" with patient! super rude via phone or in person! ! ! SHE IS BAD FOR BUSNESS! She speaks to people with so much disrespect its really sad! Because zullfall has some of the greatest doctors here in new jersey! I couldn’t be happier that I made the switch to Zufall for my Dental care. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been outstanding. The facilities are clean and the receptionist are friendly, welcoming and easy to speak to. I have had 2 appointments with Zufall, each with Dr. Maani. Both visits were great. I called Zufall Health in West Orange 7/10 at 10:03am regarding a form and was given misinformation by the receptionist. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was met with attitude. I asked again, and the receptionist hung up on me. When I called back multiple times to follow up, my calls were ignored completely. This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable, especially from a healthcare provider. Patients deserve better treatment.
