I couldn’t be happier that I made the switch to Zufall for my Dental care. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been outstanding. The facilities are clean and the receptionist are friendly, welcoming and easy to speak to. I have had 2 appointments with Zufall, each with Dr. Maani. Both visits were great. I called Zufall Health in West Orange 7/10 at 10:03am regarding a form and was given misinformation by the receptionist. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was met with attitude. I asked again, and the receptionist hung up on me. When I called back multiple times to follow up, my calls were ignored completely. This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable, especially from a healthcare provider. Patients deserve better treatment.

I'm so happy I found this place. Everyone was kind, helpful, and patient. The front desk worked with me after I forgot printed forms. The nurse was attentive and I didn't feel judged during intake. The doctor spent plenty of time with me, answering all my questions thoroughly; I didn't feel rushed, intimidated, or "dumb" like many medical centers can make one feel.
