I came in with an infected tooth. I got a perscription for an antibiotic but the tooth broke and was very painful. Although I had an appointment for the following Tuesday, I came in on Monday because it was so painful and paid for emergency service. I was told to get a physcians approval because of my blood presure. I got it and they would not see me again. The doctors are very pleasant and respectful and move very fast. But once you get to second floor at lab crop they are rude and take their time I come in and their just sitting down on their phones doing nothing while there are patients sitting in the waiting room
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! THE GIRL IN FRONT WITH HORRIBLE ACTITUD !! CAUSE I WAS LATE 8 MIN… I AM STILL HERE WAITING ALREADY 1 HOUR !! THEY NEED TO BE PROFESIONAL !!!
