Just called to make an appointment as I have previously done it and a guy picked up the phone (couldn’t get the name) but definitely SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Like if u don’t wanna assist people on the phone and gonna be with an attitude when talking to someone who IS IN PAIN trying to get an appointment might as well DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. Asked to be transfer to someone else AND HE STILL HAD THE NERVES TO QUESTION MY REASONS for my request.
Got put on hold for 30 mins just to find out they aren't taking new dental patients
Trying to get hold of a nurse is a mission. I am being pushed around from pillar to post.
