RecommendedWe had our holiday lunch catered today. Matt was great snd was willing to go above and beyond to make our party a success. It was delicious and delivered to our door at 11:29 - lunch was scheduled for 11:30. I really appreciate your willingness to help us create an amazing holiday party in such strange circumstances. Biggest ever SHOUT OUT to Zucca Italian Ristorante. Our door dash order got mixed up. I called the restaurant and the manager Matthew spoke with me and said he would make it right. Not only did he send our correct order over AND sent extra dessert. A couple minutes later and knock.... his staff stood at the door with ravioli, because I mentioned i love it. Matthew you're the BEST. This is not only a great restaurant with great food but also with management that truly understands customer service. ❤
Really enjoyed our takeout dinner! The short ribs are exceptional. The chicken fettuccine is scrumptious. Don’t miss the peach bruschetta and tiramisu!! The staff are incredibly attentive and make it so easy to carry out. Yum, yum!
The staff was extremely unfriendly. We sat next to the window(it was open) and there were a TON of flys. We stood up to close the window and out of no where a waitress, which wasn’t even ours, comes over saying we can’t close the window it is against the law! I was so taken back by her response. So she proceeds to open the window while making comments about how it’s against the law with covid to have the window closed. There is no law about that. Regulation, yes, but not a law. Great place for a private event. Matt the GM is super helpful, he even saved the poinsettias and some decor for our mid January holiday party. The food was good and the service staff was super accommodating! I would definitely recommend for group gatherings.
I had a wonderful birthday dinner at Zucca’s this week. I really like their menu and offerings. The service was top notch and the food was delicious. They renovated the restaurant a year or so ago & did a great job. Very nice atmosphere & decor. I highly recommend Zucca.
