Z pack for pneumonia, period. This patient has a history of pneumonia and had been hospitalized, because they were near death. This doctor had access to their medical records Had a X-ray, showed the pneumonia. And was only prescribed a Z PACK. Guess what, a week later got tremendously worse. Ended up with double pneumonia, both lungs. 103 + fever that won't break. Looks like it will end up being another hospitalization, because of this incompetent doctor.
