This company tried to take a three bedroom house in the quiet neighborhood of broad channel queens and illegally convert it into a 10 bedroom single room occupancy home. Once they got caught; they were fined a large amount from the city and then converted the house into a shabby apartment building that is dirty and noticeably an eyesore. Zubair Chaudhry is truly unprofessional and deceptive in his business practices. He is quick to anger and does not properly and honestly present all info about property listings. I would definitely NOT recommend him as a real estate agent or trust anything that he says. He's a horrible agent who really should not be in the real estate business.
I've known Zubair for over 18years he is very professional and he treats everyone with respect and fairness .He has helped my family find affordable apts in the past.i am a proud black mom of two and I m super glad I had the opportunity to meet this man.He is literally an amazing man.His staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly .If you practice patience you will find an affordable.apt with these wonderful people.
