My girlfriend had been encouraging me to go to ZT’s Fitness with her for over a year. When I finally decided to go, it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Since my very first class, this gym has completely transformed my life. I’ve now lost 40 pounds, gained strength, confidence, and—most importantly—a second family. The community here is unreal. Everyone is so welcoming, supportive, and genuinely uplifting. All ages, all fitness levels… everyone shows up for each other. Zt’s Fitness is such a great place to work out. It has a friendly, positive and motivating environment. The instructors there are all amazing and extremely supportive! I always feel welcomed and at home that I always look forward to each class!
