My husband and I absolutely love Teri's Chair Zumba classes! They saved our bodies this winter when we were stuck inside and are so perfect for those with bad knees. She is so positive and full of joy. She makes us smile with every workout. Her routines and music are perfectly timed. She is so very creative. We love how she reminds us to breathe! Such an incredible person! Thank you Teri from the bottom of our hearts!

Since my very first class, this gym has completely transformed my life. I’ve now lost 40 pounds, gained strength, confidence, and—most importantly—a second family. The community here is unreal. Everyone is so welcoming, supportive, and genuinely uplifting. All ages, all fitness levels… everyone shows up for each other.
