I've been a member of Zt's for 14 years and it just keeps getting better and better! You have to give this amazing studio a try in person if you live in the Stuart Fl area or anywhere in the world on Zoom! So many choices...zumba, strong, tabata, barre, strength class, and an all time favorite is stretch class. Zt's won't disappoint.

I recently attended the Labor Day masters class and I must say it was an incredible experience. The entire team was welcoming and incredibly nice. Their positive energy set the tone for the class and the instructor, Teri, was truly exceptional. Not only was she highly skilled and knowledgeable, but she was also incredibly inspiring. I just want to share with everyone how incredible this place is! I attended a Mobility workshop yesterday, and I am going to rearrange my entire schedule so that I can make more of those classes. Teri REALLY knows her stuff, knows the body, & it is plain to see this is her passion. She makes it fun all while you're working on improving your body. Best workout on the Treasure Coast. 5 stars is not nearly enough!

While visiting my parents in Stuart, I discovered ZT's Fitness Studio, and I'm SO glad I did!! Teri is the most energetic, fun, and welcoming Zumba instructor. Her moves and music are spot on, and the energy of her classes is infectious. Everyone in this studio is having a terrific time, and the staff and clients could not be more friendly! I will definitely be back whenever I'm in the area!
