ZT’s fitness is a gem. It’s not just exercise classes. It’s community, education, inspiration, empowerment, fitness, wellness, and FUN! In addition to the phenomenal regularly scheduled classes, they offer fabulous special events. My favorite special events are the belly dance classes presented by Daisa! Shake, shimmy, and SMILE 🤩. Thank you to Teri and ALL the instructors! You are all amazing 💝.

I recently took my first belly dancing class with Daisa and was blown away! She’s not only a talented instructor but also brings the most amazing positive energy to the room. Her teaching style is fun, encouraging, and easy to follow — she made everyone feel comfortable and confident. I left the class smiling, sweating and grateful . Highly recommend giving it a try!

Everybody here is so nice. I attended to a ballet dancing workshop for the first time, and I felt welcomed and loved being there.

I attended a 6 week belly dancing course where we learned about the history of belly dancing, the different props and items used and dancing techniques! And at the end, we did a 4 min performance at a hafla! I had a great time learning the choreography and techniques while making new friends! Hope to do another course when it is offered again ❤️

I took Daisa’s Belly Dance Essentials class and absolutely adored it! Daisa absolutely has a passion for what she teaches and it for sure rubs off on her students. I felt very confident in our performance by the end of the course and would 100% belly dance with her again!
