My husband and I absolutely love Teri's Chair Zumba classes! They saved our bodies this winter when we were stuck inside and are so perfect for those with bad knees. She is so positive and full of joy. She makes us smile with every workout. Her routines and music are perfectly timed. She is so very creative. We love how she reminds us to breathe!
