While my experience with the driver and ride were fine, I've called customer service three times requesting assistance getting a copy of my receipt as it is a work expense. No-one answers the customer service line and none of my three messages were returned over the past week and a half. I imagine if anything was lost on a ride, their lost & found would ignore customers as well. Uber is amazing in terms of response, receipts and returning lost items. Driver, with no one it, honking at cars who are just waiting at a light. When I told him to stop he just honked more. What’s better when you’re just trying to walk in squirrel hill. Either be a good community member or find a new career. I wish I would have said even meaner things to him.

ZTrip is the Best!! I have used them many times. Lyft and Uber always have outages and always have to wait and wait and their GPS is wrong a lot. ZTrip all you have to do is call the number right and they tell you: when your driver is coming and so forth!!! Quick. Efficient. Air conditioned!!!😊✅♥️ Plus, ZTrip also has more Accurate GPS!! Good Luck!!!

Do not work for them and definitely do not use their services. I WAS a driver and they give us cars that are broke down and have fumes that will make you sick and they DO NOT fix the vehicle they just bandaid it and give it to someone else to use. They do not answer when you call. You have to call at least 5 times or more to get anyone on the phone. PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN.
