Many, many thanks to zTrip and their awesome driver, Richard... whom I had the pleasure of getting to know in the 1-hour drive to Grove City College. Richard's integrity was apparent to me when the fare for my 1-hour one-way trip turned out to be $20 higher on the meter than the estimate he quoted for me at the airport terminal... Trash company. I am wondering how those kind of people still in business until now. They steal the drivers tips as they split the tips with the drivers. I have never seen that in any professional company , splitting tips.

Used on 1/28, cab number 214. Cab was dirty and had an odor, French fries on the floor. I paid within the app. Upon arriving home, driver who barely spoke English and had to use a translator, insisted I did not pay. Said app didn't work and wanted me to swipe my card. I did 3x and he kept saying it didn't go through and that the card reader doesn't work. I told him I paid through the app and swiped my card 3x so I am leaving. My patient & I did not just have 1 horrible experience but multiple. The first one was the worse. My patient requires their services for doctor appointments & other transportation needs & we were stuck out in 8 degree freezing weather for a very long time because of how late the driver was in picking us up. Thus almost made us miss the appointment (45minutes away)all together. Never got a courtesy phone call stating they were going to be late or even what time they would arrive. Wish I could give 0 stars. Did not show for 6:30 AM pick-up scheduled the day before. When I called they said "dispatch was still looking for a driver." Then they cancelled the request without asking me! Thank goodness I was able to get a ride through Lyft.
