Smells bad and late
David was polite and has great taste in music he was a delight to ride with
Z trip is the ABSOLUTE WORST and MOST UNPROFESSIONAL excuse for a “ride share” app I’ve ever encountered. They should have named the company “Rinky Dink Rides” because of down right janky they are as a “company”. You’re better off walking.
Do not under any circumstance use this company. They book your ride, give you a booking number, then you get nothing but confusion. They will call you and tell you they do not service the area after you already received a booking number. If you can speak to a supervisor, they will tell you they, in face, do service your area. You think you’re all Set and then you can get another call saying they don’t service your area. No one understands English which is part of the problem. This company advertises as an accessible cab service. It's not. I found out the hard way they have one driver in one van, prescheduling means nothing, and availability of said driver is inconsistent. I also wouldn't recommend them for anybody as they apparently don't plan ahead and do not care about their passengers or drivers at all!
