Z trip left me my wife at the Doctors office so we had to call my mom to come get us I'll never use them ever again
Heads up, this company is very, very unreliable.You make your appointment, they call you an hour ahead.Let you know your pointment is confirmed.And then he showed up , but he's thirty five minutes late , and now I gotta explain to my boss,, unreliable,,, i should have known better , not the first time
If I could leave a zero, I would. The driver did not show us the fare. He seemed to make it up and it was exorbitant. We used Lyft for our return trip and it was a fourth of the cost that ZTrip charged. When we later checked the Ztrip app we learned that we should have been charged the same amount as Lyft. This driver basically robbed us.
