If I could leave a zero, I would. The driver did not show us the fare. He seemed to make it up and it was exorbitant. We used Lyft for our return trip and it was a fourth of the cost that ZTrip charged. When we later checked the Ztrip app we learned that we should have been charged the same amount as Lyft. This driver basically robbed us. Very friendly and efficient. Drives with excellence
Very good service when actually speaking with a human after pressing 3. The AI automation isn't exactly the best but outside of it everything else is wonderful and very reasonable pricing
