This company is a NIGHTMARE! Avoid renting with them.
If there was as 0 star option I would use it. Literally the worst experience I have ever had with a management company. They held money illegally at the end of our lease (for which I am taking them to small claims), their service is abysmal (here's looking at you, Yvette!), and they would enter the apartment without permission. They even left a hole in the wall of the bathroom leading to the basement in the middle of winter and told me it would take 2 weeks to finish! If you're getting a new apartment in Brooklyn, avoid this management company at all costs. Rude. Inconsiderate policies. Absolute nightmare.
Recently moved into my new apartment and so far it's been a smooth ride. All the appliances are brand new, it is very clean and the price was right.
