Great customer service, Lauren was so helpful and shipping was so fast, less then 48 hours. I have been searching for my swinger ring and my mother's swinger ring for many years. And I found one of them. Many tears of joy today. Thank you. So much.

I brought in some new, old and broken jewelry to Z's for repair and an insurance appraisal. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a estimated date for completion and were able to deliver early. I will be going back with more jewelry for appraisal soon. I highly recommend this very professional store for all of your jewelry needs.

I was impressed with the professional and knowledgeable staff. The person at the desk explained completely how my jewelry issue would be fixed and the time frame needed. I was pleasantly surprised to get a text after just a few days stating that the work was done! Also I was very pleased with the work and would not hesitate to return to this store with other jewelry needs!
