Great staff and products! We’ve been to several jewelers and alway go back to Z’s for the best quality and people.
Went in to get a battery for my watch. The young gal also cleaned my ring and my husband’s ring!! We also are looking to replace the chain I have for a necklace. She was very helpful and we will return to make that purchase soon!! I am sorry I don’t remember her name!! Great customer service!!!
I've been a customer at Z's Jewelry for 20+ years. We always get top-notch, personalized service. No matter who takes care of us, we know we'll be treated professionally. I feel more like a friend, than a customer. Always good selection of both new and estate items, and always willing to customize pieces of you don't see exactly what you want. They have helped us with custom work, watch repair, wedding items, birthdays, anniversaries, etc... Every experience had been great! We always come away from Z's having a better day.
Z's Fine Jewelry is the best jewelry store in Phoenix AZ! Awesome service, knowledgeable staff and great prices!! I highly recommend Joe and his staff!!
I was very impressed with this jewelry store. I was able to sell some unused jewelry for a fair price. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I also had a necklace reconfigured using a diamond from a ring I no longer wear. The result was beautiful!
