Had family go through buying a Saab 9-3 with me in May last year. Because of the prior's owner passing and written errors with the title, making for a unique situation, it could not be registered until August, where the affidavit was finally sent and resolved everything. The handling and lack of communication of the situation could have been better as it led to a stressy few months, and some of it was dealt with what I am assuming to be the owner's assistant as he was apparently "out of the country." Had the most amazing experience buying my daughter’s 1st car. We were looking for a Beetle and they had a bunch! All were in great condition. Everyone there was so nice & helpful and treated us like family. We never felt pressured, and Zora made the whole process so easy. I would definitely recommend ZRV and give them 5 Stars!
Went in looking for a convertible VW Beetle, he showed me everything they had and let me test drive what i wanted. He was very polite and helpful. We bought the car of my dreams in full right then, they made sure that everything was good to go and all clean for me. He was very clear that I would be walking away with my car keys, the proof of sale and a temp paper license day of, and that i would be getting the title, registration, and plates in the mail from the dmv in a couple of weeks.
