Was so happy with the services felt supported from start to finish
If I could give a zero I would. I drove 45 min to only find out that they won’t allow my child to go after her medication was approved from scheduling and the director. My child heart was crushed as she was told in front of all the other kids and now is currently in the back seat of my car crying!!! Do better don’t say we’re good to go then to only find out we are not!! Shame on you for doing that to my child!!!
I wasn't here as a child and when I went here the staff that were to really sweet and always encouraging I love the activities in the outings that we're planned and I enjoyed meeting all the other people that were there it's been a long time since I've been with zrpath but when I went here for their respite program it was really fun and it got me out of a house that was horrible and away from people who were horrible and for those two days that I got to spend at this recipe I was happy and I enjoyed the days that I got to go... read more
Review of ZRPath Respite Services I am highly disappointed with how ZRPath handled my child’s recent discharge from their respite program. My child was removed from the service without any notice or communication from upper management, and no discussion was held regarding the concerns that were raised. Instead, it appears that internal gossip among staff contributed to a narrative that unfairly portrayed my child as a problematic individual. My children have used this service for respite. The first visit, my children were told by an employee that they were “lazy and slow.” I contacted the director about this seeing as one of my children has disabilities. The second time around I was assured that my child would be allowed to advocate for his needs. When he asked to STIM he was denied. He asked to contact me and was told “No, you can’t” even when we specifically asked and got permission for safety issues. My son tried to reach out to me because they took the kids ... read more
