ZPM is one of the worst property management to take over my building. They ignore complaints, they don’t repair anything and they take money without accounting for it. Even though I had clear bank statements showing they cashed my rent checks every month they claimed they never got them. I have to send my checks certified mail with signature confirmation just to DOUBLE confirm and prove to them that they actually did cash my checks. Lived in one of their apartments in Harlem for a year. Great location, and space. Jose, the super, is such a sweetheart and always helped me out quickly. The office team who I talked to--Anabel, Dawn, and David, are all straight to the point, communicative, and quick with their answers. The rental portal is pretty accessible! I've heard horror stories from my friends about their management companies and I'm glad I didn't have to go through this with ZPM!
I have been pleasantly surprised by ZPM! They took over management of where I was living and have not only made the transition easy for me, but also made it so that I feel even more taken care of. They are quick to respond to any questions and concerns that come up and are quite friendly and personable. The upgrades they are making to the property are SO nice and making the place I live, be a place that I love to live (and show off to my family and friends!). I was looking for an apartment in the W Harlem area and ZPM made it extremely easy. Their leasing agents were very helpful and were quick to respond to any and all of my questions. Once I moved in they continued to offer continued support, and the property that I ended up in was very well managed, well kept, and clean. The bill pay system was easy to use and they worked with me whenever I had issues regarding anything. The few maintenance issues that I has were quickly fixed within a day or two which was great.
