It's rare these days to encounter great service. I deal with so many examples of less than acceptable service all too regularly, in both my professional and personal life. However, the folks at ZPizza here in Mission Viejo spoil us. They are always friendly over the phone, and their driver never comes to the door with anything but pure joy to be delivering our meals. So disappointed to have to leave because the cook making the pizza, refused to make us a pepperoni and non-dairy pizza. My two nephews, 3 & 4, whom have severe dairy allergies, started to cry when we left because they didn't understand after being told they could have pizza at this place. I called the other location and asked if we could get it there, happened to get the supervisor who was very concerned that we had been refused.
