Zozi is aweful. The product looks great but the service is deplorable. I wasn't even able to get my account set up. I signed the paperwork and never heard from anyone again. Emails and calls not returned. I have never had a comapny try so hard NOT to take my money.
Suppliers beware!!! Zozi wont pay for the tours completed for their customers by our company!!!! Zozi collected from customer, we performed the jobs and now Zozi wont pay. Zozi is changing to Peek, what a great way to get away from paying. Over $2000 in unpaid tours. Beware! Beware! Beware! Beware!
Not sure if this rating is even valid considering I never used the service. The reason I never used it is because the phone operator called me and within the first 30 seconds she was able to determine my business model was not a good fit for the software platform. Here's the kick... I explained that I would be doing, "Beach rentals like beach chairs, umbrellas, and things like that."
