Typically, this spot is well servicing. The staff on hand are lovely to folks, and things are clean and in good form. However, my recent visit found the store locked up, with the open sign lit still, and nothing else to indicate why they had closed to the contrary of their open sign, not even a person up front. An endeavor should at least be made to turn off the open sign if this location is closing early. My gripe is that alone. Otherwise, a good location.

Great place but pricing is a tad out of control. Went in tonight and got 1 cup that was lower than the top of the cup. $11.32. When 1 cup of yogurt costs more than 2 gallons of ice cream, it's time to switch to ice cream.

Writing this review because I went to Zoyo tonight at about 7:30 pm and upon walking in the entire shop was full of teenagers and no employee to be seen .. well I make my yogurt and go over to the topping area where the teenagers kept running up to the topping bar and grabbing toppings out of the containers with their bare hands !!! Put the toppings in their mouth using their fingers then grab more out of the topping containers THAT EVERYONE USES !
