I asked the girl if they had more strawberries in the back as the two that were left weren’t enough and she looked toward me lazily and said “we don’t have any” 0 customer service or care. That will get you nowhere in the world.
Everything is delicious. Place is clean. Toppings were all stocked on Sunday evening
I’ve been to this business a few times and, while I enjoyed the frozen yogurt, I often overlooked the poor customer service. For example, once they closed early as I was walking in, and on other visits, the staff stood behind the counter giggling and having conversations with each other while trying to check out instead of being attentive to the customer.
