If I could give it zero stars, I would. Came here because my mom was out of wax guards and this place is close by. The guy told me he had wax guards and then took her hearing aids to clean them and proceeds to take a long time. Then he tells me he doesn't have wax guards and when I politely ask if I owe him anything for the cleaning, he says $10 which honestly is a rip off as I have gone to other places who have charged zero for a quick cleaning and have been up front with me about everything before they do anything. Waited over a month for a small shipment. I got the run a round over and over again. Left numerous messages because no one would ever answer my calls and would never got a call back. I finally called from my personal number and got a person. The sad thing is is the person I spoke to lied. Long story short. I will never order from this place again.
I love the free service and batteries. I just told them what I needed and they took care of it. These are some really nice people.
I am the first in my family to get hearing aids. I don't know why I waited so long. The Zounds hearing aids are so clear and they were a great price. Nicole helped me get the right fit and have the right expectations.
