The best experience I’ve had with any apartment building! Absolutely amazing team, shout out to Corey and Stephen in the leasing office, and Tony who does a great job quickly responding to service requests. Seriously the management here stands apart from 99% of other managed buildings in the area. They really put a lot of care into their work. Came in on a Saturday while apartment hunting and loved it. The lobby looked nice, great location and the leasing lady Aynese was very helpful and informative. Definitely somewhere im applying.
I would recommend only applying if you are prepared to sign the lease. I cancelled my application within the allowed window for cancellation and have waited over 1 month and still have no refund of my $300 admin fee. Other than that the staff were very helpful and communicated well during touring.
Great Staff and love the area! Would recommend to anyone moving to the area.
