I sent him a text to book an appointment and he never answered. I then decided to use the cut app (I hate these apps) to book an appointment and chose the first option I saw, which I assumed was a regular haircut. He then sent me a text at his same number that I had texted before (so I know he chose to ignore me the first time) and he tells me I chose the wrong option, and that I was supposed to pick the newcomer option and was a $10 difference.
