Amelia and the team at Zortex were amazing. I would highly recommend Zortex to anyone looking for helmet therapy. DO NOT come here if you want custom afos or baby helmets. Absolutely rubbish products that don’t work, not to mention the highly manipulative staff there who avoid giving out truthful info and just find excuses for their garbage products. Avoid this company!
Have done 2 AFOs through Zortex in a span of 12 months. Though the second AFO had issues initially, Zortex was quick to resolce the concerns to our satisfaction. And that is what finally matters. Thank you Stuart and Zortex team.
We had a wonderful experience with our child at Zortex Orthotics. The staff were kind and compassionate with my 3 month old as he needed to get his head measured for a helmet. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with detailed report and a number of options to help us move forward and assist our child. Could not have been happier with our experience, highly recommend
Highly recommend. Staff were knowledgeble and provided us with a quality product to support child. They were also very kind and patient when working with our young child.
