Extremely unprofessional communication and disappointing customer service. My son had his initial head scan for a helmet assessment. The assessment concluded that his head shape was within the normal range and that helmet therapy was not required. At the end of the appointment, Stuart advised that we could return in approximately four weeks for a complimentary follow-up scan to see whether his head shape had worsened or improved and whether he might then become eligible for helmet therapy. Amelia and the team at Zortex were amazing. I would highly recommend Zortex to anyone looking for helmet therapy. Amelia’s care and attention to detail was amazing, she truly went above and beyond to support my daughter and ensure she received the best care throughout the process. DO NOT come here if you want custom afos or baby helmets. Absolutely rubbish products that don’t work, not to mention the highly manipulative staff there who avoid giving out truthful info and just find excuses for their garbage products. Avoid this company!
