As someone who used to work in automotive; this is not your typical shop. Nobody seems miserable, they're very reasonably priced and accommodating. The man who runs it is a very nice guy. This is my forever exhaust shop 10/10.
Save yourself the headaches and just head over to see Darren and the team at Zoro. After a few shops turned me away for trying to make a custom setup work, Zoro stepped up. They worked with me to fit an M5 exhaust onto my car while keeping the factory valve functionality intact. Super professional, knowledgeable, and willing to take on challenges that others wouldn’t. Couldn’t be happier with the results — highly recommend!
My muffler was hanging and needed a hanger. They installed one and it worked beautifully for a month. However the bolt holding the muffler to my frame loosened and caused the muffler to fall. Damage could've been much worse if not noticed so quickly. Not being hung causes pressure in other parts of exhaust that can cause significant and expensive damage. I recommend Zoro but if you have any bolts put into make sure they are fully tightened before leaving.
