Zoran Properties INC. manages my condo, which I own & reside in, and it has been an immensely unfortunate experience, overall. My condo is currently being run into the ground by an unprofessional, condescending, and vulgar secretary named NINA. Don't even think of hiring them for yourself/ board. Save yourself the horror. They are a bunch of amateurs, who don't have it together. Completely unorganized, unprofessional and will cost you more than they'll save you. They point fingers at one another and when they can't, they point it at you. All good reviews here are from the family/employees.

They take more money every but make no improvements. Head office does not answer the phones or emails OR if they do, very unprofessional and rude. very bad service.

Terrible management. Would give 0 stars if possible. Managers dismiss your issues when you address them and do shoddy repairs IF they care enough to repair. The only good reviews come from employees.

Elizabeth has been our property manager for over a year and done a terrific job for our condo corporation. She is honest, communicates with owners/renters in a polite annd professional manner and is quick to address concerns at the condo. I cannot recommend her enough.
