ZoomInfo has been a terrible experience for my small business. Their salesman promised me that the software would generate qualified leads in my niche, but once I signed up I discovered there were hardly any leads at all. The product did not work for my business, and when I asked to cancel they refused. To make matters worse, the salesperson even paused the main sales video call to tell me privately that there would be no repercussions if I stopped paying or wanted to terminate the agreement. I have been harassed by this company for months. Their sales people found my personal information and have taken it upon themselves to call me repeatedly from different numbers and send me spam emails acting like I reached out to them. This is a very insane way to try to go about business and wish they would listen and LEAVE ME ALONE!

BUYER BEWARE - KNOW your cancellation policy, which will be noted somewhere that is NOT on your contract, and it must be in writing or else it will get ignored.

Never did I give my info to this company, who then turns around and sales my data. Absolutely absurd.
