We have a Cream-Coated Retriever. She is 15 years old with weak back legs and is very nervous in a car so we decided to have her groomed at home. We called Zoomin Groomin and we are so happy that we did. They are professional, on-time, keep in contact as needed and treat our dog with kindness and care and the results of her grooming are beautiful.
Outstanding service and wonderful experience. Best grooming experience a dog could get. No pressure to book services in advance to secure services and flexible scheduling. Great service.
What a great concept! It was so easy to schedule an appointment and so convenient to avoid traveling with our fur baby! Our groomer -Hannah- is THE best! Her and Jorge have a bond! Her kindness towards Jorge puts our mind at ease! ❤️
From the minute I contacted them to the minute they knocked on the door with our groomed pups my experience was 110%. They contacted me with reminders and final pricing thru out the week. Pricing is competitive with other groomers in the area AND they came to me!! No phone calls with threats of extra charges if I was 15 minutes late to pick up. They listened to our instructions and followed thru to a tee. I have never been happier with a groomer than I am with this team. I highly recommend Zoomin Groomin!!
Great concept, apparently no follow through with customers. Not sure what happened if the place went out of business all the sudden or every device with phone and email access of theirs broke down but we were texting with a worker there two weeks ago to try to get an appointment for our dog and really looking forward to what would hopefully have been a lower stress environment for her.
