I hate to be negative, but our dog smelled dirty after he was finished with his service and I doubt whether he truly had a bath. He smelled very much like the inside of the vehicle when it arrived which was definitely not good. The cut was decent, but not great. The night before his appointment, around 9:30, I received text messages from the groomer asking me if I would be willing to change his time slot due to a ‘medicated cat, needing to be groomed earlier. Scout had a wonderful Zoomin Groomin experience. The groomer was kind, professional, and made everything easy from start to finish. Scout came out looking clean, soft, and perfectly trimmed, and the whole process was stress‑free and convenient. Highly recommend!
