Great service and very quick
Top-notch experience with Mike Erickson, PA-C. He was prepared to assess my condition, listened with compassion and reviewed my imaging with me immediately. ZoomCare exemplifies what medical care should be.
I hurt my ankle and was in so much pain when I was sent to this location for xray imaging, the front desk lady was fine but the tech was the rudest she mentioned if I was in so much pain that next time I should go to the ER and not come to her. It sounded like she didn’t wanna do her job. She had so much attitude idk what her problem was. Worst experience ever. Don’t recommend any ZoomCare location.
Could have given zero stars if it were allowed. I visited this clinic on a weekday afternoon. No wait, and the staff and the PA‑C who attended me were pleasant. The care itself was average; nothing exceptional. What was exceptional was the bill that arrived afterward. It was more than 2.5x what a Virginia Mason specialist charges for a PA‑C visit.
