I was the first visiting in the Zoom +Care. I have been having hard time my new health insurance plan and unfortunately I am still not sure the who is my provider. When I went in and the front receptionist was totally understanding my situations. She was trying me to put me in the systems and talk to my health insurance providers. The provider here was excellent! But the staff gave me a price of 263 for the visit, then billed a higher price and zoom refuses to accept the original price, so I am expected to pay them 397 now for the office visit. I disputed the additional charge with their billing department and they refused to budge. I am disappointed with their lack of integrity to stand behind their word and want to warn future patients to make sure you pay at the time of visit to avoid additional charges

Fantastic experience. The associate at the front desk was extremely professional and helpful. The provider listened to my concerns and discussed my treatment plan with me.
