Front desk person was nice. Provider was excellent, knowledgeable and caring!
Was able to get an appt within an hour of looking for care
Excellent care. Prya (sp ) checked me in and was very kind and patient with me. The Dr also was excellent, gave me plenty of time and was very thorough. She prescribed antibiotics and requested that I return in 48 hours to retake my vitals and that the antibiotics are working. The doctor was excellent in communicating the necessity to monitor for improvement. I will definitely recommend zoom care to my family and friends.
They want patients to be on time and not a minute late - however the doctors can make the patient wait for several minutes to hours!! How is this fair? If you can be late then you should make an exception for patients to be seen when they are late sometimes.
‼️‼️SCAM ALERT‼️‼️ We called and specifically asked if their clinic conducted pre-travel visits and booked a pre-travel visit. In the doctor notes, "reason for visit" says "pre-travel visit" "Assessment and plan" had suggestions related to travel (malaria prophylaxis, typhoid vaccine etc.). Dr. Florencia Erwin and team decided to code the visit as an "office visit."
