I had been looking for a new dentist. My previous dentist retired. On the recommendation from my doctor, I decided to give LOFD a go. We've been seeing Dr. Laird and Sarah for cleaning for years and have recently had our kids start with her. I've appreciated her gentle approach, and Dr. Laird is so great with our kids and with us. Thanks to them for their compassionate and friendly approach - it's made my cautious 2 and 5 year old look forward to a dentist visit!
Sarah is so professional and encouraging. Even though I was late, she still squeezed me in and I did not feel rushed. She does an excellent job of explaining things. I would highly recommend her and the entire staff.
Sarah was/is fabulous! Carrie should give her a VERY large raise!
Everyone in the office is very friendly and Dr. Spink, her work and personality, are amazing. I couldn't be happier with how I am treated. I especially like that I am not offered services I do not need, which is a welcome change from past experiences in other offices. I have recommended this office to all my friends and co-workers.
I've been coming to Dr. Laird for several years now after an entire life of hating the dentist. I definitely have had great experience after great experience at LOFD!
My quarterly checkup was great... everyone there is so friendly and not pushing about treatments. The atmosphere along with employees are very welcoming. Great office!
