Nobody was there, in their official opening hours. I drove all the way there and nobody was there!! Super irresponsible
Unprofessional — avoid. No follow up/response in patient portal, inconsistency in the message during and after the appointment, and all they want you to do is another appointment so they can charge more.
Great care! They really make sure to answer all questions and go over all concerns thoroughly.
I'm very frustrated with how this was handled. I booked this appointment a week in advance, explained that we would be paying out of pocket because we're still in the process of obtaining health insurance, and everything was confirmed. We are expecting our first child and were looking forward to having a quick ultrasound for peace of mind. Was told my quick visit for a sore throat would be $99, was billed $900. The only thing doctor chan did was check my throat, a regular wellness test, and prescribed me steroids. This total did not include my medicine. Thankfully I didn’t opt to get my medication from here or I can’t imagine what the total would be. Low quality service for a high quality price.
