Double check that the cost they tell you isn't just a down payment!!!!!!!! I was told that my daughter's physical for sports would cost me $65... they said NOTHING about it being about it just being a down payment or partial payment... They said word for word that a physical costs $65. I even asked if my insurance might cover it... without even asking who my insurance was or asking for my plan, they said no. Great service as usual.
The service was excellent, and the doctor was very attentive.
Overall, I've had a good experience with ZoomCare and the providers I've seen have been good. There is one practice I think patients should be aware of. I went in for ongoing UTI symptoms after antibiotics, and a pregnancy test was performed without me being told or asked beforehand. I had already explained that I have an IUD and had been abstinent for a month. When I asked about it afterward, I was told pregnancy testing is mandatory. I went in for a TB test and the doctor was very accommodating to my comfort and helped me with getting my blood work done from a different lab. You can tell they truly care for their patients there
