Dr Jennifer Zorin was great. Quick, efficient, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Easy parking, on time for my appointment and fast easy checkout
This clinic sucks. Provider: they don’t know how to treat, or what blood work to request, lol. So, they will ask their online clinical help to recommend. What are you in the office for? Lab work: our lab work had an error at the facility, so they asked us to come back again for redraw. Lol. Never heard this! Please avoid this clinic, go to One medical or Indigo. They should be investigated.
I have been going to ZoomCare in Kirkland for a couple years and have always had a great experience. Super convenient as well for small issues for my kids (strep tests, ear infections, etc). Scheduling and follow up messaging are simple and quick. Highly recommend.
Thomas Chan is an excellent provider. He’s knowledgeable, a great educator and knows how to put a person at ease. Highly recommend this place!
